[Alternagraphics] Kids' Sunscreen II

By Naturally Savvy

Every year the EWG publishes their sunscreen guide. The sunscreen on the left scored a 6 out of 10 with 10 being the worst. The sunscreen from our sponsor Goddess Garden on the right got a score of 1! Here at Naturally Savvy we want to let you know about the safest options for your family.

Also, of note from EWG's reports, many sunscreens only protect from UVB rays and not UVA which are the ones that lead to premature aging, potentially suppress the immune system, and may cause skin cancer. Be wary of any sunscreen that claims to be over 50 SPF. It causes people to have a false sense of being protected from damaging rays. Choose a mineral based sunscreen that becomes effective immediately and reflects the suns damaging rays.
