For all you yogis out there, this app lists numerous yoga poses and walks you through proper form and technique.

If you’re a runner, you’ll love this app. This app uses your phones GPS to accurately record distance and pace, and the PowerSongs feature allows you to cue up those songs that really get you moving.

For some beginners, this running app will help you from doing too much too soon, and can help you avoid injury. This app is all about continual progression to help you meet your running goals.

7. Men’s Health Workouts
For fans of Rodale and their Men’s Health magazine, this app aptly summarizes and brings together exercises from their magazine and organizes them into workouts for you on the go.

There's a lot of great apps out there to choose from, but this list should make things a whole lot easier.
