5 Food Swaps for Heart Health


Looking for ways to incorporate more heart healthy choices in to your diet? I am sharing five food swaps that you can do in your daily routine to help keep your heart healthy as well as reduce your calorie intake and boost your mood!

1. Instead of Iceberg Lettuce
THE SWAP: Spinach
Healthy Benefit – Spinach is packed with Vitamin K, iron and fiber and is an excellent source of nutrients. Spinach is also high in folate which has been proven to help curb onset depression and dementia.
