I Have a Sore Throat. Any suggestions?

Is it worth it to eat fruit past it's prime?

Q: Do you have any suggestions for helping a sore throat other than teas with cinammon and honey?-Leisa

A: Funny enough I had a sore throat this past weekend and this is what I did to get rid of it:

I took oregano oil (under my tongue and few times a day). I also took colloidal silver to fight any bacteria or virus that I may have had. I drank 2-3 cups of Throat Coat tea during the day (by Traditional Medicinals) with raw honey (plus 2 extra teaspoons of honey throughout the day).

You can also build your immune system by taking vitamin C and/or garlic capsules. Take 1000mg of vitamin C every 4 hours until bowel tolerance.

If none of that works, then perhaps ask your doctor to check to make sure it isn’t something else that may be causing it (like Strep).
