Watermelon Refresher Smoothie

There’s nothing that screams of summer like watermelon and with summer around the corner, you have to try this refreshing combo. There are also real health benefits of consuming watermelon on the hottest of summer days. Watermelon is a cooling food that helps to remove heat from your body. It’s also composed of so much water that it's hydrating and helps maintain electrolyte balance. Mint is also cooling and especially good for digestion, so the combination is a winning pair that happens to look delicious and most importantly, taste delicious.


2 cups watermelon
4 mint leaves
4-5 ice cubes
1 serving Berry or Vanilla Grass Fed Dairy or Plant Based Vegan Kura Protein


Add all ingredients together, blend, and enjoy.
