As we learned on the Research and Resource page, there are many ways to learn more about the many natural product options available to us today. Another easy way is to attend your local or regional Health & Wellness consumer show, expo or festival.

Such events facilitate the gathering of natural health companies, practitioners and health food stores under one roof. These shows are great for sampling organic and natural products, gathering literature, and listening to live lectures to help you better understand what options are available and which ones work best for you.

However, prior to attending any show, make sure to research the companies and speakers who are attending in order to ensure you are in synch with their attendees. Many shows advertise their events in local natural health magazines found at natural product stores.
