Ingredients:

- 1 medium onion
- 6 cups plain soy or almond milk
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
Steps/Methods:

- Add the milk and sea salt and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes or until carrots are soft.
