Cinnamon Roll Smoothie

The smell of cinnamon rolls baking in the over can be so mouth watering. Here is a simple easy smoothie recipe that will satisfy your sweet tooth and provide great quality protein from New Zealand grass fed cows that has higher levels of omega 3s, essential fatty acids & vitamin D.

Ingredients

8 oz Vanilla non-dairy milk of your choice
⅓ cup Kura Vanilla Grass Fed Dairy Protein or Vanilla Plant Based Vegan Protein
¼ tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a blender or shaker bottle and mix well.
