For this recipe, we recommend the ones with the pink inside for a vibrant colorful smoothie. You can usually find them either fresh or frozen at your health food store. Combining them with pineapple in this smoothie along with Collagen powder will help you with beauty from the inside out and makes a super recovery drink after a workout.

Ingredients you will need:

2 cups of coconut milk or almond milk, unsweetened
1 packet of frozen dragonfruit or fresh if it is available
1 tbsp of Youtheory Unflavored Collagen Powder
1 squeeze of lemon juice
1 tsp of chia seeds
3/4 cup of pineapple

Top with shredded coconut
