Green Tea Smoothie with Pineapple & Orange

Tofu makes this smoothie thick and creamy while adding protein. Pineapple is good for digestion and green tea betters mood and increases energy. Try to choose organic fruits.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package Nasoya Silken Tofu
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 cups pineapple
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup fresh brewed green tea, chilled

Steps/Methods:

Be sure that the green tea has been chilled. Combine all ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth and serve.
