Drain; transfer to casserole.

Add barley, oats, raisins, dates, brown sugar,butter, cinnamon and remaining water.

Cover andbake 1 hour 40 minutes, stirring occasionally, oruntil grains are tender.

Serve with honey and milk, if desired.
