Ingredients

1 container of your favorite Bio-K+ (98g)
2 teaspoons freshly ground flax
1 banana
5 medium-sized strawberries, fresh or frozen
4 tablespoons organic soy milk or other milk alternative

Place all of your ingredients in a blender and mix until you get a smooth consistency. For a smoother texture, increase the amount of milk.
