Spinach Pear Smoothie

Spinach Pear Smoothie 2

I have to admit I was never much of a fan of these really healthy-looking green veggie smoothies! I mean, a spinach drink…really? Nutritious, yes, I had no doubt, but at what cost, I thought (not for this French foodie here). Well, I was wrong! This spinach pear smoothie is so refreshing and satisfying, just slightly sweet and surprisingly, not overly “spinachy” (!) I love it-It’s just perfect after my favorite Zumba workout!
