There are so many ways to make a smoothie. Many include berries but we suggest a green smoothie. This green smoothie is delicious and a refreshing way to change things up and get more greens in your diet.

Ingredients

1 ½ cup coconut water
2 kiwis
1 cup frozen spinach or kale
1 tbsp spirulina
1 banana
2 scoops of protein powder
1 serving of KyoGreen Powdered Mixed Drink

Directions

Mix all the ingredients in a blender and enjoy.
