It’s time to celebrate Cinco do Mayo. Follow in the Mexican tradition of spicy hot cocoa and you’ll get the health benefit of all the spices including cayenne pepper. Delicious!
1 tsp coconut oil
2 cup coconut milk
¼ tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp vanilla
1 scoop of Barlean’s Chocolate Silk Greens
(If you like it spicy, add a tiny pinch of cayenne pepper)
1. Melt 1 tsp of coconut oil in pan and add in coconut milk over medium heat.
2. Add in 1 scoop of Barlean’s Chocolate Silk Greens, spices and vanilla to the mixture.
3. Stir until all ingredients are completely mixed into the milk. Pour into a mug and enjoy.
