Ingredients:
1 large avocado
1 medium tomato
1 small green onion, chopped
2-3 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp unrefined sea salt
1 clove garlic, or more to taste
1 tsp crushed red peppers
1 tsp gluten-free tamari
1 tbsp cold-pressed olive oil
fresh parsley or cilantro (optional)
