Quiz Contest Rules & Regulations
1. One entry per quiz per person. Multiple entries from individuals using one or more accounts will be disregarded and do not increase your chances of winning.
2. To enter you must submit an email address. Winners will be notified at the email address supplied.
3. We reserve the right to pick an alternate winner. If Naturally Savvy or the Sponsor company determines the winner is not eligible we will pick a new winner who meets the eligibility requirements.
4. The Quiz Contest is open to U.S. and Canadian residents ONLY, except residents of the State of Rhode Island and the Province of Quebec.

THE FOLLOWING SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND SHALL BE CONSTRUED PURSUANT TO THE LAWS OF ONTARIO, CANADA. DO NOT ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU ARE NOT A LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES AND LIVING IN THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.

The Quiz Contest sweepstakes begins on January 12, 2015 and ends on March 31, 2015 (the "Promotion Period"). The Promotion Period may be extended if Naturally Savvy decides, at its own discretion, to release more quizzes. These terms and conditions will be updated accordingly.
Entry – Enter by submitting your email when prompted during the Quiz. To be eligible, an Entry must be received within forty-eight (48) hours of the Quiz Contest’s posting. Entries received after the cut off time will not be eligible for the drawing. Automated entries and entry via third party services are prohibited. Winners will be notified at the email address provided.
Eligibility – Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (excluding Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older and of the age of majority in their state of residence on the date the Entry is made. Employees of Healthy Shopper USA Inc. and its respective subsidiaries, parent companies, distributors, divisions and advertising and promotional agencies involved in the development, administration and execution of this Sweepstakes, and the immediate family (parents, children, siblings, and spouse of each) and members of their household (whether or not related) or each such employee are not eligible to participate. Void outside the USA and where prohibited by law.
Drawing/Prizes – The winning entry will be selected from among all eligible entries received during each day of the Promotion Period. Drawings will take place within a four week period from when the Quiz Contest was first posted at the Healthy Shopper USA Inc. headquarters. One (1) prize winner will be selected from each Quiz Contest. The Quiz Contest prize will consist of different products from different manufacturers and/or distributors (“Sponsor”). The approx. retail value of each prize: $150.00 USD. There will be no prize substitutions. Prizes are not redeemable for cash value. Winners are responsible to pay any applicable income taxes on prizes as required by local and federal law. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Non-winning daily prize entries will not be rolled over into the next Quiz Contest prize drawing. Limit one prize per household per week.
Compliance – By playing the Quiz Contest, players agree to abide by and be bound by the rules and decisions of Healthy Shopper USA Inc. Winners will be notified at the email address supplied. Winners may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, within 14 days of notification, or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. If prize notification or any prize is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited. Prize will be awarded in the name of the winner and is non-transferable. Decisions of Healthy Shopper USA Inc. are final on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. By participating in the Quiz Contest, players consent to the possible use of their name, Twitter name, photo and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes, without additional compensation, except where prohibited.
Conditions – By playing, participants agree to release Healthy Shopper USA Inc. (including its divisions and affiliated companies and prize donors), and its respective divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, sales representatives, contractors, and advertising and promotion agencies from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by their participation or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of prize. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of the entries in the sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature with respect to the electronic submission of an entry. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes and randomly award the prize from among all eligible entries received prior to action taken by Sponsor, should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the game. Sponsor is also not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in the sweepstakes.
