Jenn Hardy

Jenn is a Yoga Instructor with a special interest and expertise in mother, baby and child.She is a Certified Hatha Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Mom & Baby, Yin and Children's Yoga teacher. As a doula and mother of two, she has lots to offer to the pregnant/postpartum population and is especially interested in the non-surgical treatment of diastasis recti (ab seperation). She currently work at Happy Tree Yoga, Espace Shanti and Viveka Yoga, as well as private and corporate yoga.
