Kelly Douglas is founder and CO-CEO of Itzy Ritzy. Prior to Itzy Ritzy, Kelly lived in NYC where she wrote a screenplay and worked on the feature films Margot at the Wedding starring Nicole Kidman and Funny Games starring Naomi Watts. Kelly began her career as a strategy and technology consultant with Accenture and served as the youngest Executive Director at Sunrise Assisted Living. Kelly received her BS in Economics, Cum Laude, from Vanderbilt University.
Brittany started her Itzy Ritzy tenure as a summer intern and now oversees sales, marketing and public relations as a sales and marking associate. As an Entrepreneurship & Small Business Management honors student at North Central College, Brittany wrote her senior theses on fashion’s positive roles in culture.
Together, Kelly and Brittany use their interests and knowledge of the hottest looks in fashion from Paris to NYC, celebrity parent gossip and baby product trends to keep Itzy Ritzy fresh and stylish.
