Essential Oils Recipe for Immune Support

You can pretty much come up with your own recipe and what you just need to do is to combine at least two to three essential oils. These recipes are proven to be immune system friendly so mix them up and use them as described.

1. Rosemary essential oil + helichrysum essential oil

This is a good combination as both essential oils are powerful when it comes to protecting the immune system. Combine at least 6 drops of rosemary oil and 4 drops of helichrysum oil in dark cobalt or amber essential oil glass bottle. Waft the bottle under the nose, inhale deeply and prepare for the amazing benefits you can get from the mixture. You can do this at least three to four times a day or as needed. Take note to gently shake the bottle first before you inhale them in order for the fragrance to be synergized.

2. Cinnamon leaf essential oil + eucalyptus essential oil + lemon essential oil + rosemary essential oil

This combination will give your immune system a power boost. Just prepare 4 ounces of pure water, 10 drops of cinnamon leaf oil, 10 drops of eucalyptus oil, 10 drops of lemon oil, and 10 drops of essential oil. These essential oils should be gently swirled in a 4 oz PET hard plastic or glass spray bottle, then add pure water. Before spraying the mixture in your room, shake the bottle first in order for the therapeutic fragrance to be distributed well in the area. Take note that this mixture is not intended for dermal uses. Also, remember to avoid contact with the eyes.

Most people neglect their immune system but it is such an important defense system of the body. If your immune system is weak, you’ll be more susceptible to viruses and infections. Take good care of your immune system by strengthening it. A practice of a balanced diet and exercises will do, but also the use of medicinal plants and essential oils. The essential oils featured above are just some of the many essential oils that can improve your immune system and overall health.
