Dry Greening Reusable Dry Cleaning Bag

Dry Greening Reusable Dry Cleaning Bag

It's inevitable that at some point in your life you will own an article of clothing that bears the inconvenient label "Dry Clean Only." Beyond the hassle of dropping off and picking up your laundry and the cost associated with it, dry cleaning also comes with an environmental price tag. Between the chemicals used in the cleaning process (if you're not going to an eco-friendly dry-cleaner) and the huge plastic bags you take home, regular dry cleaning can take a toll on our planet.

This is why Naturally Savvy believes Dry Greening's reusable dry cleaning bag is a must for your household. Easily transformed from a tote bag to a garment bag, the Dry Greening bag makes taking a trip to the dry cleaners convenient and eco-friendly.

The Ah-Ha Moment

Before developing their dry cleaning bags, the Dry Greening team were avid users of the reusable bags sold at supermarkets. They loved the convenience and durability of them as well as the low price. One day at the local dry cleaner they had one of those "I can't believe no one has already thought of this" moments. They knew there and then that someone needed to offer a reusable dry-cleaning bag, and Dry Greening was born.

The Dry Greening bag is made from non-woven polypropylene, the same material most supermarket reusable bags are made with. This material is made from 100% recycled content. After learning that natural fibers cannot repel water without chemical treatments, Dry Greening decided to opt for a recycled source that would protect your newly cleaned clothes from the elements and accidents.

Another highlight of the Dry Greening bag is that is serves two functions: a tote bag with handles to carry your dirty laundry, and a garment bag to protect the clean items on hangers. Instead of tossing your dirty laundry over a chair or into a pile, the tote allows you to keep your clothes out of sight until you are ready to head to the dry cleaners.

The Test

When one Naturally Savvy husband was asked to take his dress shirts in for a clean, he was not confidant that he would be able to convert the bag from tote to garment position. He was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to fold and unfold the bag, and if he can do it, anyone can! Another great feature of the bag is a clear pocket where you can insert a business card or other contact information – just in case another eco-minded person catches a glimpse of your Dry Greening bag and wants to snag it for themselves!

The Naturally Savvy team flipped for this innovative product. We're proud to carry our dry cleaning in the Dry Greening reusable dry cleaning bag, and we're just as proud to give it the Naturally Savvy Seal of Approval.

The Dry Greening bag is priced at $9.99. For more information, or to purchase the Dry Greening reusable dry cleaning bag, visit www.DryGreening.com.
