1. One entry per person. Multiple entries from individuals using one or more accounts will be disregarded and do not increase your chances of winning.
2. To enter you must submit a phone number.
3. We reserve the right to pick an alternate winner. If Naturally Savvy determines the winner is not eligible we will pick a new winner who meets the eligibility requirements.
4. The Giveaway is open to U.S. and Canada, except residents of the State of Rhode Island and Quebec.

THE FOLLOWING GIVEAWAY IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA (except residents of the State of Rhode Island and Quebec) ONLY AND SHALL BE CONSTRUED PURSUANT TO THE LAWS OF ONTARIO, CANADA. DO NOT ENTER THIS GIVEAWAY IF YOU ARE NOT A LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OR CANADA AND LIVING IN THE UNITED STATES OR CANADA AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
The first giveaway begins on February 10, 2021, and ends on February 18th, 2021. (the "Promotion Period").
Entry – Enter by submitting your name, phone number and email address on the survey To be eligible, an Entry must be received within the Promotion Period. Entries received after the cut off time will not be eligible for the drawing. Automated entries and entry via third party services are prohibited. Winners will be notified by a phone call or at the email address provided.
Eligibility – Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (excluding Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older and of the age of majority in their state of residence on the date the Entry is made and legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec). Employees of Healthy Shopper USA Inc. and its respective subsidiaries, parent companies, distributors, divisions and advertising and promotional agencies involved in the development, administration and execution of this giveaway, and the immediate family (parents, children, siblings, and spouse of each) and members of their household (whether or not related) or each such employee are not eligible to participate. Void outside the USA and where prohibited by law.
Drawing/Prizes – The winning entry will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Winners will be announced after each promotion period. Three (3) prize winners will be selected. The Giveaway prizes consist of:
Three (3) Amazon gift cards valuing $50 each.
There will be no prize substitutions. Prizes are not redeemable for cash value. Winners are responsible to pay any applicable income taxes on prizes as required by local and federal law. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Limit one prize per household.
Compliance – By entering the Giveaway, players agree to abide by and be bound by the rules and decisions of Healthy Shopper USA Inc. Winners will be notified with a phone call using the phone number supplied and he email address supplied. Winners may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, within 14 days of notification, or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. If prize notification or any prize is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited. Prize will be awarded in the name of the winner and is non-transferable. Decisions of Healthy Shopper USA Inc. are final on all matters relating to this giveaway. By participating in the Giveaway, players consent to the possible use of their name, Twitter name, photo and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes, without additional compensation, except where prohibited.
Conditions – By entering, participants agree to release Healthy Shopper USA Inc. (including its divisions and affiliated companies and prize donors), and its respective divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, sales representatives, contractors, and advertising and promotion agencies from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by their participation or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of prize. Photos and/or videos submitted in association with the giveaway may be used for promotional purposes. Use of photos/videos does not indicate a prize win and does not increase the chances of winning. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the giveaway or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of the entries in the giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature with respect to the electronic submission of an entry. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend this giveaway and randomly award the prize from among all eligible entries received prior to action taken by Sponsor, should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the game. Sponsor is also not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other’s computer related to or resulting from entering or downloading any materials in the sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and all of his or her Sweepstakes entries) who tampers with the entry process.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
By entering, participants agree to release the Sponsor and its respective divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, sales representatives, contractors, and advertising and promotion agencies (including product donors) from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by their participation or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of prize. By entering, entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the province of Ontario, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, provincial and local courts located in the city of Toronto in the country of Canada.
