Pineapple Kebabs

A great way to getfruit into your day.

Savvy Tip: Pineapplescontain Bromelain, a digestive enzyme. Strawberries and grapes have Vitamin C.

Ingredients:

  • 1 peeled and cored organic pineapple
  • Natural unpasteurized honey (optional)
  • 10 wood or metal skewers

Steps/Methods:

  1. Preheat your grill to low heat.
  2. Slice the pineapple into spears by cutting down the length of the fruit.
  3. Slide each spear onto a skewer, pushing the stick halfway into the piece of fruit.
  4. Grill over a low-flame for about two minutes per side.
  5. Transfer pineapple to serving plates. Add strawberries and grapes.Drizzle with honey if desired.
