Veggie Burgers Recipe with Broccoli and Oats

Ingredients:

500g fresh organic broccoli

¾ cup oats

2 eggs

salt, pepper, paprika to taste

handful parsley

Directions:

Boil broccoli for 4-5 minutes. Drain and cool.

Place oats in a food processor and pulse for a few seconds. Add remaining ingredients and pulse.

Place the mixture in a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Form patties and bake at 375 F for 15 minutes on each side.
