Yogurt, Apples & Honey

A probiotic-rich snack or breakfast; also high in fiber!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Granny Smith apple
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (look for a probiotic-rich variety)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon walnuts (optional)

Steps/Methods:

  1. Cut apple into small squares (ie: dice.)
  2. Mix apples into yogurt.
  3. Drizzle honey and sprinkle walnuts over top and enjoy.
