Well when I received this book from Da Capo Press to review, I looked forward to reviewing this one. I got to hear him speak at "Health Crusade" in Lodi, CA. Neal Barnard MD author of the best selling booked called "Dr. Neal Barnard's Program for Reversing Diabetes".

Neal Barnard MD is a physician, clinical researcher, Adjunct Associate Professor of Medicine at the George Washington University School of Medicine, and principal investigator of a major study on diet and type 2 diabetes, funded by the National Institutes of Health. He is author of numerous books and has hosted popular public televisions program on diabetes. He is also president of the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine.

Robyn Webb, MS, is a award winning nutritionist and nationally recognized cookbook author and spokesperson. She is Food Editor of Diabetes Forecast magazine and frequent contributor to Cooking light magazine.

In reviewing this book it starts out with part one consisting of revolutionizing your menu and life. Covers the science behind the diet which really makes you understand what a healthful is and what are better choices. You will also learn how to make your foods fit your goals and all about the recipes in this book and ingredients.

Next in part two has recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, dips, dressings, and entertaining. It also has a three -day menu plan which helps you plan a full three-day menu.
