No-Bake Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Recipe

Have no time to bake? Try this recipe instead – all you need is a stove top! Oats are full of soluble fiber. These indulgent little treats are a great addition to a lunchbox and make for a sweet snack.

Ingredients:

1 cup Nature's Flavors Organic SweetenFX or organic sugar

½ cup organic butter or coconut oil

½ cup organic milk (or unflavored milk alternative)

1 tsp cinnamon powder

1 tsp Nature's Flavors Organic Vanilla Extract

3 cups organic quick rolled oats

½ cup organic (unsulfured) raisins

4 tsp ground flaxseeds

Directions:

Mix sweetener and cinnamon. In a pot, add cinnamon mixture and milk/milk alternative and mix well. Add butter or coconut oil and bring to a boil for 1 minute. Stir to avoid burning. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Allow to sit for 5 to 10 minutes to cool. Place 1 tbsp drops on paper or in muffin cups. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve cold. Can be frozen.
