Dragonfruit Pineapple Smoothie

Dragonfruit may look odd on the outside but it's going to help you get a beautiful glow. Dragonfruit is especially rich in vitamin C, good fatty acids, and B vitamins. For this recipe we recommend the ones with the pink inside for a vibrant colorful smoothie. You can usually find them either fresh or frozen at your health food store. The Collagen powder will help you with beauty from the inside out and makes a super recovery drink after a workout.

Check out our video on How to Cut Dragonfruit and Pineapples.

1 Packet of Frozen Dragonfruit or fresh if it is available
