Combine ground beef and flour in skillet. Add onion and brown.

Pour off drippings.

Add tomato sauce, ketchup, salt and pepper.

Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

Bake for 10 minutes at 425 F.

Bake for 10-15 minutes longer.

1 -2 lb ground beef

1/4 cup onions, chopped

1 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce

1/2 cup ketchup

1 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1 (16 ounce) cans refrigerated biscuits

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
