Rich & Creamy Vegan Alfredo Pasta

An easy-to-make vegan alfredo sauce that anyone will enjoy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package silken tofu
  • 1/4 cup soy parmesan
  • 2 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • vegetable broth
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • cooked rotini (or other pasta)

Steps/Methods:

  1. Blend all sauce ingredients, adding enough broth to make a smooth and creamy consistency.
  2. Pour sauce into saucepan. Cook over low heat until sauce is hot.
  3. Serve hot over pasta.
