Agave Maple Syrup Blend

Agave is a fructose sweetener extracted from the agave plant – the same one used to produce Tequila. Agave syrup ranks low on the glycemic index, as it doesn't raise blood sugar levels as quickly as sugar and it aids in digestion.

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz agave syrup
  • 8 oz maple syrup
  • 1/8 tsp stevia

Steps/Methods:

Heat 1 qt saucepan on stove to low heat for 1 min. Measure ingredients and add to preheated pan. Stir and bring to a boil and serve on pancakes, waffles or French toast immediately.
