
This raw soup is made creamy with avocado, and flavorful with ginger and lime!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of carrot juice
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup of lime juice
- 1 teaspoon of minced ginger
- A dash of cayenne pepper
- A dash of Celtic Sea Salt, optional
Steps/Methods:
Blend ingredients until creamy. Garnish the soup with cracked pepper, a sprig of fresh cilantro and a drizzle of olive oil.
