This raw cheese recipe is made from nuts, making it a healthy source of protein.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups soaked nuts/seeds any combination works.
  • 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1-2 tablesoon of raw soy sauce or Celtic Sea Salt or miso
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup water (or as needed)

Steps/Methods:

Blend then add 2-4 caps of probiotics such as acidophilous to help it ferment and preserve it. Refrigerate, should be good for up to 3 days.
