Fry in hot ghee or oil till a pale gold colour.

Ingredients:

2 cups flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 pinch salt

1 1/2 tablespoons ghee

milk (enough milk to make a smooth dough) or 1/4 cup sour milk ( then add less milk to mix dough)

ghee (for deep frying) or vegetable oil ( for deep frying)

Steps/Methods:

Sift all dry ingredients.
