8 large whole wheat tortillas

1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded

1 1/2 lbs cooked peeled baby shrimp

1/2 lb imitation crabmeat, chopped

1 cup mayonnaise

salt and pepper

1 lb provolone cheese, sliced
