Barbecue season may be coming to a close, but there's still time to try these delicious lamb skewers! These skewers are juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. Give them a try!
Marinade cubes of lamb (about a kilo) in the following:
1.5 cups of lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
2.5 tablespoons dried oregano
1.5 tablespoon dried basil
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1.5 tablespoon dried parsley
Marinate lamb for at least 2 hours.
Make sure you soak the wooden skewers for at least 30 minutes before putting the meat on them.
Skewer the lamb and then pour the remaining marinade over top.
