If you happen to have some Simply Cinnamon Apples ready in your fridge (I always do), you have to try this smoothie! Cinnamon is definitely a spice to keep in your pantry as it confers great health benefits (You can read more about it here) and of course we all know about having that apple a day….what a combination and OH MY GOODNESS-what a satisfying autumn treat!
Ingredients
1 cup simply cinnamon apples (see link above)
¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup ice
pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
