We've got four simple (and sweet) dairy-free "nice cream" recipes that you can whip up in no time-no ice cream maker required. This homemade treat is super versatile so be sure to experiment with your favorite flavors!
Berry Banana Nice Cream
Ingredients
2 bananas, frozen and chopped
1 cup strawberries
Directions
Peel and chop bananas before freezing. Using a food processor, blend the bananas and strawberries together for 3-5 minutes. Scrape down the sides as necessary and keep blending until the mixture is smooth but not runny.
Mango Mint Nice Cream
Ingredients
1.5 bananas, frozen and chopped
1 cup mango
7 fresh mint leaves
Directions
Peel and chop bananas before freezing. Using a food processor, blend the bananas, mango, and mint together for 3-5 minutes. Scrape down the sides as necessary and keep blending until the mixture is smooth but not runny. Garnish with extra mint if desired.
Chocolate Nice Cream

2 tbsp cocoa powder

Matcha Green Tea Nice Cream

1 tbsp matcha powder
Stevia or Xylitol as desired
Directions
Peel and chop bananas before freezing. Using a food processor, blend the bananas and match powder together for 3-5 minutes. Scrape down the sides as necessary and keep blending until the mixture is smooth but not runny. Taste and add sweetener if necessary.
