Who doesn't love a smoothie? It's a great way to get a lot of nutrients quickly and on the go. This smoothie combines the stomach-soothing benefits of aloe vera, fiber, and omegas from the chia seeds with in-season summer strawberries. Yum.
Ingredients
1 tsp chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
8 strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 banana
4 oz Lily of the Desert Aloe Vera Juice
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend well. Pour into a big glass and enjoy.
