This yummy salmon recipe is easy to make and a great way to incorporate some healthy omega-3s into your diet. San-J Tamari is gluten-free and has a richer flavor than regular soy sauce which can aslo be full of GMOs. Served alongside steamed veggies, this nutritious and delicious Asian-inspired meal is sure to impress.
Ingredients Serves 4
Wasabi Mayonnaise:
1 cup organic mayonnaise
4 tsp San-J Organic Tamari
1 ½ tsp organic cane sugar
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp wasabi paste
salt and pepper, to taste
Marinade:
½ cup San-J Organic Tamari
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp plus 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
4 tsp organic cane sugar
4 8-ounce skinless salmon fillets

Directions
Whisk together all Wasabi Mayonnaise ingredients. Cover and chill. Prepare grill or preheat broiler. For marinade, whisk together first 4 ingredients. Transfer to a plastic bag with a resealable top and add salmon. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes, turning bag over after 15 minutes. Drain and pat dry. Grill or broil, turning once until just cooked through, about 3 minutes a side. Serve with Wasabi Mayonnaise.
