
This is a great recipe for any day of the week or take it along on your nextcamping trip.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup organic spelt or kamut flakes
- 1/2 cup organic rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup organic raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped organic dried apricots
- 3 cups boiling water
Steps/Methods:
Add dry ingredients to boiling water in saucepan or pot. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Return to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer, for 10 to 15 minutes, or until desired consistency. Add honey to taste.
