Cantaloupe and cinnamon granita

Ingredients

500 g cantaloupe pulp

the juice of 1 lemon

30 ml agave syrup

half a teaspoon cinnamon powder

Makes 2-3 servings.

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and process for around 1 minute until smooth.

Transfer the mixture into a bowl and chill thoroughly in the refrigerator. Process in your ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s directions (30 minutes should be enough to obtain a granita texture). Transfer the granita into chlled tumblers or glasses and serve immediately. If you don’t have an ice-cream maker, you can follow these other directions.
