1/8 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup raw honey (vegans use agave or date purée)
Zest of 3 limes (save 1 teaspoon for garnish)
Juice of 2 limes
Steps/Methods:
Combine all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. If the honey is not in liquid form, heat gently before combining. Use your hands to mix ingredients together. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread mixture onto the baking sheet, forming a square that is approximately half an inch thick square. Garnish with leftover lime zest and coconut flakes. Refrigerate for 1 hour to set before serving.
