Ingredients
1 cup daikon radish
1 cup cucumber
1 tbsp cilantro
1/4 cup ready to eat tempeh
1 tbsp dried organic cranberries
1 tbsp Barlean's organic flaxseed oil
1 tbsp Maison Orphée apple cider vinegar
sea salt, to taste

Directions
Chop daikon radish, cucumber, cilantro and tempeh and place into a bowl; add cranberries, flax oil, and apple cider vinegar. Top off with sea salt and enjoy!
