I serve this salad recipe when I make lunch for my mom and sisters — it’s the salad
all the ladies LOVE. It looks like something you ordered at a fancy restaurant….but it's so simple and easy! How deceiving…Ingredients:
1 large container of fresh baby spinach or mixed greens
1 tbsp sesame seeds
¼ cup nut of choice (almonds, pine nuts, cashews), toasted
2 mandarins, peeled and separated
2 tbsp dried cranberries
¼ cup dried mango slivers or dried apples
½ cup chow mein crispy noodles
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup Maison Orphée white wine vinegar
1/3 cup organic sugar
2-3 tbsp San-J Tamari

Directions:
Bring olive oil, vinegar, sugar and tamari to a boil. Mix well using a whisk. Allow to cool. Meanwhile, add remaining ingredients to large bowl and mix well. Drizzle dressing and enjoy!
