This raw treat is high in antioxidents and satisfying. Great for a sweet tooth that also wants to be healthy! No guilt here!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of almonds
  • ½ cup of cashews
  • 1 tablespoon of 100% raw chocolate powder
  • 4 dates
  • ½ vanilla powder
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of rock salt
  • 1 tablespoon of honey, raw if desired
  • 1 tablespoon dried grated coconut
  • Pumpkin spice [optional]
  • Goji berries

Steps/Methods:

Blend/grind all the nuts in a food processor.

Once the nuts are ground add the rest of the ingredients but the goji berries.

Empty out the mixture in a bowl and form it into small balls.

Add 2 goji berries on top each chocolate.
