Green Beans In Tomato Sauce

Spice up your green beans with this easy recipe. The paprika adds another dimension to the recipe, giving the tomato sauce a unique flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb whole green beans
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed garlic
  • 1/3 cup tomato sauce
  • pinch of pepper
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • Pinch of dry chili peppers

Steps/Methods:

  1. In a pot of boiling water, cook green beans until not quite tender. Drain.
  2. In a shallow pan, saut garlic in olive oil. Add beans and cook for 3 minutes, stirring.
  3. Add remaining ingredients except chili peppers.
  4. Garnish with chili peppers.
