Guinness Bathed Cilantro Prawns

Feeling like some delicious seafood? Grab a pack of jumbo prawns from the freezer when you get home from work and pour a bottle of black Guinness Lager (or any black lager) over them.

Allow it to sit for at least 30 minutes.

In a microwave safe bowl, place the following:

4 diced garlic cloves

1/4 cup of fresh chopped cilantro

1/4 cup organic butter

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Heat the butter mixture for 90 seconds in the microwave and then cover.

Grill with the shell on. When the shrimp is almost cooked, pour the butter mixture evenly over the prawns.
