Hot On The Trail Mix Recipe

Hot On The Trail Mix Recipe

Packaged trail mixes usually have too much salt, bad fats like trans fats, and MSG. Making your own blend allows you to control the fats, choices of nuts and even the level of heat and flavor. This healthy snack is perfect for spicing up mid-afternoon slumps.
