Made by Me: Kid-Friendly 5-Ingredient Guacamole Recipe
This simple, 5-ingredient guacamole was made KC, age 11. KC says "I love having fun in the kitchen and playing around with recipes. I love eating the food I make because it tastes really good."
Ingredients
3 avocados (peeled, pitted, and mashed)
1 lemon, juiced
1 teaspoon fine Dr. Mercola Himalayan Crystal Cooking Salt
1/2 cup finely chopped English cucumbers
2 plum tomatoes, chopped
Optional for garnish:
1 red, orange or yellow pepper, chopped

Directions
In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lemon juice, and salt. Stir in tomatoes and cucumbers so that they are mixed through evenly. Prepare peppers and place in a separate bowl if desired. Serve with organic tortilla chips or crackers.
